Automated phone system outage at 8 a.m. on Oct. 24

On Friday, October 24, Valley REC's automated phone system will be unavailable from approximately 8 to 9 a.m. so that system updates can be made. The self-reporting outage and pay-by-phone options will not be available during that time. The online E-Bill application will still be available for payments, and phone calls (including outage calls) will be handled by the staff of our answering service. We apologize for any inconvenience this phone system outage may cause.
