Please, do not use e-mail or social media (like Facebook) to report an outage or emergency.

If your electricity goes off at any time, please follow these steps.

  1. Check the fuses or breakers at your location first.
  2. If the trouble isn't there, check to see if your neighbors are out of power.
  3. If the problem seems to be with the cooperative's service, please call 814-643-2650 or toll-free 800-432-0680 to report the outage. It's helpful if you have your account number handy when you call.
  4. If a power line or other equipment is down near your location, please keep passersby at a safe distance. Do not attempt repairs yourself; allow co-op crews to repair the problem.

If you or a member of your household depends on electricity for life support, please contact our Member Accounts (Billing) Department. Someone there can discuss placing your name and account on our life support list. In the event of an extended power outage, we will be able to advise you on where to seek assistance.
