Valley Rural Electric Cooperative will hold its 2026 Annual Meeting Friday, April 10 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Huntingdon County Fairgrounds (located directly across from our corporate office).
Once again, the co-op will use a drive-thru format. Valley REC members will follow a route that takes them through a tent or gate, where they will register and receive the co-op's annual report and a ballot. At another tent, members will cast their ballots to fill three seats on the nine-person board of directors. They also will receive a door prize before departing the fairgrounds.
Be sure to bring your registration card. Invitation letters and registration cards were mailed in March. If you misplaced your registration card, our employees will be able to look up your membership and register you manually.
