On March 5, SmartHub®, Valley Rural Electric Cooperative's electronic account presentment and payment software, will have a new look. National Information Soultions Cooperative (NISC), the creator of SmartHub, has updated the software with a simplified yet enhanced design. This is the first major redesign since NISC launched SmartHub in 2012.
This new version is more than a facelift. It puts your electric use and payment details front and center for fast, easy access. The simplified menu structure makes navigating the site a breeze. From rewriting the underlying technology to leveraging automated quality testing, NISC is building SmartHub on a solid technological foundation that will serve for years to come.
Below are a video and a link to an illustrated PDF document that present an overview of some of the changes users of SmartHub can expect to see.
